OFFICE HOURS
Our office hours are 8am-4pm, Monday through Firday. Our support groups meet every Monday night, 7:00-8:30p.m. unless a holiday lands on the Monday or inclement weather threatens a safe arrival to support group. Our Consumer Support Group (only) also meet every wednesday night, 7:00-8:30p.m.

In cases of Inclement weather, If Toledo Public Schools are closed, NAMI of Greater Toledo will be closed. Therefore, support groups will not meet!

We remain vigilant of our purpose to increase understanding and awareness of mental health and recovery in the African American community. We continue to target community, consumers, business professionals, and all community health centers to introduce NAMI¡¦s education and support programs to the African American community.

This years¡¦ focus will be Mental Illness and the Family

A tentative program schedule will include:
„« Our Keynote speaker, the distinguished Thomas Osinowo, M.D., Chief Clinical Officer Northwest Ohio Psychiatric Hospital

We will hear from families who are experiencing and/or recovering from a mental illness within their family structure.

The afternoon session of the forum will be presented in a Town Hall discussion with members of the African American community; representatives from the Toledo Police Department, Toledo Fire and Rescue, Lucas County Common Pleas court; Toledo Public Schools and the Lucas County Sheriffs¡¦ Department will be in attendance for a question and answer session from the audience.
